Furniture Contract Expo & Furnitech 2026. A comprehensive event for the furniture industry and its technological background

On May 26–28, 2026, Ptak Warsaw Expo will host the next edition of two complementary events: Furniture Contract Expo – International Trade Fair for Contract Furniture and Furnitech – Trade Fair for Furniture Components and Technologies. The joint formula creates a meeting space for furniture manufacturers, component and technology suppliers, architects, designers, and companies involved in interior and construction projects.
The combination of both events reflects the needs of today’s market, where integration across the entire value chain is essential — from materials and production technologies, through design processes, to final solutions implemented in commercial and residential spaces.

Furniture Contract Expo focuses on the contract segment and interior furnishing solutions. The event will showcase furniture and equipment dedicated to offices, hotels, restaurants, service facilities, and development projects. This is a segment where quality, functionality, and the ability to deliver large-scale contracts play a key role.

Furnitech, in turn, highlights the technological backbone of the furniture industry. The trade fair presents components, materials, and solutions supporting design and manufacturing processes, as well as systems used in assembly and interior finishing. The focus is on innovations that improve production efficiency and strengthen companies’ competitiveness on both domestic and international markets.
An integral part of the event will also be industry conferences and expert panel discussions, addressing key topics related to the development of the furniture sector, new technologies, design, and market trends. These sessions will provide an additional platform for knowledge exchange and professional dialogue.

The synergy between the two events allows participants to explore both finished products and the technologies behind their production in one place. This is particularly valuable for companies seeking to develop business partnerships, expand exports, and build B2B relationships within the furniture, construction, and interior sectors.

The previous edition attracted over 7,000 visitors, including nearly 1,000 international attendees, and featured close to 100 exhibitors across 20,000 sqm of exhibition space.
